Do we need to be technical to use it?
No. Staff use ordinary web pages, and each person sees only the screens that matter to their job. There is a guided tour on first sign-in, a staff guide, and a Help button that reaches our team from any page.
Can we bring our existing records?
Yes. Students, their class history and their past results can be imported from a spreadsheet or an Excel file. Every row is checked before anything is saved, and an existing result is never overwritten.
Will parents receive messages from us or from NextFound?
From you. Emails and text messages leave from your school's own accounts once you connect them, in wording you can edit. The NextFound logo never appears on your portal.
Can parents pay fees online?
If your school connects its own Paystack account, yes: by card, bank transfer or USSD, straight into your account. Without one, office-recorded payments and receipts work exactly the same.
Does it handle payroll and tax?
Yes. Payroll works out PAYE on the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 bands, with pension and NHF. One person prepares a run and another approves it, payslips are produced for every member of staff, and an approved run can be paid through Paystack.
What happens on entrance exam day if something goes wrong?
Every answer is saved the moment it is given, and the clock is kept by the system, not the candidate's device. A candidate mid-paper carries on where they were, even if the system is restarted. Staff can also grant a retake.
Does it help with WAEC, NECO and BECE registration?
It lists each candidate's details and subjects for a class, with anything missing pointed out, so the record is right before you enter it on the examination body's own portal.
Can different staff have different access?
Yes. Start from ready-made roles such as Finance Manager, Admissions Officer or HR Officer, or build your own, and limit a teacher to the classes and subjects they teach.
Does it work for nursery and early years?
Yes. Crèche and nursery children don't sign in themselves, so their parents receive their notices, results and report cards in the parent portal.
Can we use our own web address?
Yes. Your school gets an address the moment it is created. For your own domain, you add one record with your domain provider and we connect it.
